A circle of 2-faced smiling balloons are weighted all at the same height. The viewer has the option of standing in the circle or outside the circle, and may move about freely. The nature of helium will make the balloons turn and face you should you choose to walk around the circle. As the balloons mature, some will gravitate towards each other, some will move towards the inside of the circle, while others will move away. They all remain weighted in their positions by the circle, and can only deviate the length of their ribbon.
